  • We are typically available from 9AM EST to 5PM EST Monday through Friday. However we are often monitoring online chat to 8PM EST.

  • The best way is to call us directly and let us walk you through the options. We can create a custom order for you based on your specifications to ensure you get exactly what you want!

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  1. Is shipping really free?
  • Yes!
  1. What do I do if I just don’t like what I ordered?
  • For ‘off the shelf’ products that are not customized, return them within the first thirty days after receipt to receive a full refund!
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for customized products such as theater seating, except when merchandise is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
